Cost when broken down per cigar is $9.00 ea.
The construction before I clipped it was perfect. I set the Palio on the table
and inserted the pigtailed head and made a clean cut.
The prelight draw was firm and spicy. Fired it up and the wrapper started
cracking. I removed the primary band and clipped about ¾” off
and all was well.

The draw was perfect and delivered plenty of rich spicy smoke.
I tasted notes of pepper, tea, and coffee with a buttery smoothness. These
flavors tend to stand out more for me than the other sizes (perla, robusto,
toro) I’ve tried in the Black Series.
The most standout quality of this experience was the excellent finish. A hard cigar to put down. The ashes rolled down my white T shirt several times but I’d gladly wear a suit of ashes from this cigar.
